Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Bridal Veil Events ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to any individual or entity ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
2.2 The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
2.3 Payment methods accepted: Bank Deposit
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
3.2 If you cancel less than 30 days or more before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% including the non-refundable deposit.
3.3 Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event, will not be charged a cancellation fee.
4. Changes to Booking
4.1 Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and our approval.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for changes.
5. Delivery and Setup
5.1 Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon in advance.
5.2 The Client is responsible for providing access to the venue and ensuring it is ready for setup at the agreed time.
5.3 Additional charges may apply for delays caused by the Client.
6. Use of Equipment
6.1 The Client is responsible for the care and supervision of all rented equipment during the rental period.
6.2 Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the Client at replacement cost.
6.3 The equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose.
6.4 The Client shall ensure that the goods are not damaged by the environment in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that:
The goods are only used in suitable weather conditions.
The ground is stable, dry, and free from objects that may harm the goods or cause flooding.
The goods are kept at a safe distance from objects that may cause damage, such as naked flames, trees, or cooking appliances.
7. Collection and Return
7.1 The equipment must be available for collection at the agreed time and place.
7.2 Any delays or failures to return the equipment on time may incur additional charges.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the equipment.
8.2 The Client is advised to take out adequate insurance to cover any risks associated with their event.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
10. Title
10.1 The goods are and shall at all times remain the absolute property of Bridal Veil Events
10.2. If the Client fails to return the goods to Bridal Veil Events at the end of the hire period, then Bridal Veil Events may (as the invitee of the Client) enter upon and into land and premises owned, occupied or used by the Client, or any premises where the goods are situated and take possession of the goods, without being responsible for any damage thereby caused.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
