Hey, we’re Sophie and Callum 👋 We’re a husband-and-wife duo tucked away in Te Uku, just a short drive from Raglan.

This little business of ours started when we were planning our own wedding, and somewhere along the way we realised how much we love being part of other people’s big days too. Honestly, I (Sophie) just adore weddings – the joy, the details, the love in the air – I could happily talk about them all day.

Callum’s the muscles behind it all (he’ll pretend he’s not, but he secretly loves setting up as much as I do). Together, we get to help couples create spaces that feel relaxed, beautiful, and full of heart – whether it’s a backyard wedding with fairy lights or a big marquee party.

At the end of the day, it’s just us – a small family who loves what we do, plenty of laughs along the way, and the absolute privilege of being part of moments people will never forget.

Our business name, Bridal Veil Events, comes from the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls here in Raglan, where we’re lucky enough to live. Just like the falls, we hope everything we do for your day feels natural, flowing, and full of beauty.
