  • We don’t have a minimum spend — whether you’re hiring just a few special pieces or a full wedding set-up, we’re here to help!

    Transport is quoted separately and is more cost-effective when multiple items are hired together.

  • To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event

  • We deliver across the North Island, including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Coromandel, Auckland, Taupō, and Rotorua.

    Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and the quantity of items hired. We don’t charge set-up fees for our furniture.

  • Yes — pick-up is available for select hire items from our HQ in Te Uku, Raglan. Availability will depend on the items hired, so please get in touch to confirm what’s suitable for pick-up.

  • No — cleaning is included in your hire.

    We just ask that all items are returned in a reasonable condition, free from excessive mess, food residue, wax, or damage.

  • We understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking value.

    Your 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, we do offer the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability), in which case no cancellation fee will apply.

  • Yes — we take care of set-up, of our hire furniture as part of our rates. Our team will place all hired furniture items as agreed.

    Please note, our set-up applies to our furniture items only and does not include styling, décor placement, or third-party items.

    Lighting set-up is not included and is available as an additional service at an extra cost.

  • Our standard hire period is three days. For Saturday events, we typically deliver on Friday and collect on Sunday. We’ll always work with you to arrange delivery and collection times that suit your event; however, timing is subject to our logistics schedule and your venue’s access requirements.

  • Our hire items are not waterproof and cannot be exposed to rain under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind when planning your event.

    In particular, our wooden furniture is highly susceptible to weather damage. Exposure to rain may result in bowing, warping, or other permanent damage, for which the client may be liable.

    If you’re planning an outdoor event, we strongly recommend appropriate cover and a wet-weather backup plan. We’re always happy to guide you on suitable options.

  • Yes — we understand plans can evolve. You’re welcome to make changes to your hire order, subject to availability. We allow reductions of up to 20% of the original invoice value.

    You may increase your hire items at any time, provided availability allows. As our most popular pieces book out quickly, we recommend securing the items you love as early as possible.
